MaryJo Heitkamp-France

  MaryJo is a Managing Partner and sales associate with CNY Signature Properties LLC. A real estate brokerage located in Central New York. Along with her husband Ron France – President, Broker/Owner, they have been in the real estate business for over 25 years. 

As a residential real estate specialist,  MaryJo focuses on the needs of buyers and sellers. She is a multi-million dollar  producer with vast experience from contract to close.  

Committed to Continued Education in the real estate industry and routinely attends the National Association of REALTORS Conferences with her husband Ron who is a retired VP of Industry Relations for NAR. 

MaryJo served four years as a Director for The Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS, located in Upstate New York. Her responsibilities included successful negotiations and integrations of association-oriented training and technology systems. 

She also has served on numerous REALTOR Association Committees: 

Legislative Committee: Which navigates through the political aspects of Real Estate on behalf of its membership. 

Fair Housing Committee: Designed to better serve our Protected classes of people to better assist them in finding and affording suitable housing.

Fund Raising Committee: For which she and her team raised thousands of dollars for local nonprofit organizations in the Central New York region.

Currently  a Director on the Home Owners Association board of her New York based property located in Highbridge Landing, Fayetteville NY. 

While there she has helped develop a quarterly newsletter for the resident’s highlighting events, and neighborhood features. 

MaryJo works with the HOA board reviewing and recommending maintenance and budgetary related solutions.
